Disappointed Visit
I was disappointed with the low level of care I received from Dr. Knox. He was extremely impatient, dismissive of my concerns, and appeared visibly irritated by my question about my symptom. He made me feel very bad for going to that health care center. Why did he choose this profession? Hopefully, this was a case of him having a bad day.
