My wife has been experiencing chronic pain and inflammation in her knees for about 2 months, usually Dr. Tort is the one who treats her but due to the number of patients it was a little difficult to get an appointment with an early date, after carrying out a long search the earliest was with Dr. Pagan, our experience today, March 7, 2024 with Dr. Pagan was totally unpleasant and a very bad experience, at the time of treating the patient she shows a combination of lack of humility, thus avoiding the connection with the patient, with lack of empathy, he values the patient's comments very little, superseding his, he is not very good at listening and giving recommendations beyond his conclusions, what a shame to pay for a service waiting for a solution and only finding what was mentioned above by a supposed 'health professional'. True and unfortunately there are people who are intoxicated daily with the elixir of their knowledge and experience

He went out of his way to make me feel worthless, told me that my anxiety and depression were invalid conditions because, according to him, they are a modern invention. He also for some reason went on to say "oh you think you're a little saint, don't you?" Which was pretty creepy and accusatory of me being some horrible person just because I broke my arm. He definitely crossed the line and three years later I am still saddened by that memory and the way he made me feel.
