Dr. Hector Ramirez Jr, MD

Before we switched to seeing internists, our whole family enjoyed having Dr. Ramirez as our family doctor for about 25 years. We loved his wonderful bedside manner, especially our daughter. I accidentally “liked” a one star review and can’t figure out how to undo this, so I just want to be on record as testifying to his five star status. His wife Sara is the billing manager and she’s wonderful as well.

small office which is nice. Very personal,you don’t feel like you’re just part of an assembly line. Dr. Ramirez is so knowledgeable, informative, comforting, and professional. medical assistant that helped my self and my son on several visits was a complete sweetheart; accommodating, asked how our weekend was, etc. Then there’s the secretary. She is one of the most unprofessional and lazy people I’ve encountered in a long time. Abrupt and rude on the phone. Condescending in person. Her only job is to collect co payments and stare at the schedule. My insurance didn’t renew their contrwith this office. I never received a letter information over the phone prior to making the appointment. Our family have been patients of Dr. Ramirez for over 20 years. He takes his time with each person and is right on with his diagnosis. We feel very fortunate to have found a physician that is professional, extremely capable and treats his patients with real care.

Short wait, best of all - excellent care from Dr. Ramirez and entire staff. Never a complaint over 20 years. The best anyone could ask for.
