Dr. Braun is very thorough and spends quality time with you. Her responses are prompt and you have more than one option to reach her if needed. Very personable and her nurse is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Dr Braun is the best. Amazing care for the unbelievable cost per month. From my first visit I was blown away. Feel very cared for every visit. The staff rocks too! I highly recommend if you are unsure as to where to find the best service in the Savannah area.

I was truly impressed with the nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. Dr Braun is professional and thorough, as well as the front desk staff and office manager. A lingering problem was solved within my first visit and I plan to come back for further evaluations as needed. Such a great experience!

Simply Perfect! All that you want and need in a doctor, and more. The doctor and this practice really has me thinking on how i could have gotten so blessed as to have found my way here. I have not seen this type of professional doctor in all my days, (and it's not just a few). The doctor actually has the spirit of care and concern for her patient. We all do know how unheard of this is in today's healthcare community. So if you continue on to another Dr I will still be here when you get back :)

Great doctor, easy to get a fast appointment, if needed. Dr. Braun will text you with updated info, and promptly call you back when you leave a message for her. Appointments are not rushed and you feel like you have time to go over any health issues with Dr. Braun. I have health insurance but I felt like joining Dr. Braun's DPC plan was a good decision and so far it has been a great experience.

Dr. Braun is patient, understanding and knowledgeable. She sits down and listens while you talk and offers options that work. It’s refreshing to actually speak to the doctor instead of a physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner. I was referred to her by several family members and I will surely recommend Dr. Braun to my friends.

I have been with Dr. Braun since 2006. Her professionalism and patient care goes far beyond what I have ever experienced. She has a vast knowledge of internal medicine and stays up to date with the latest in technology and medicines. She takes a personal interest in her patients, never rushes through an examination or consultation and is honest and straight forward on health matters. Even though she no longer accepts insurance, I am staying with her because I trust and respect her.

Since Dr. Braun's change to a DPC practice I have been very impressed with the ease of scheduling appointments with Kirstin, plus the direct doctor contact available via phone or text messages - especially good to have when traveling. Appointments are never rushed. Talk about a bargain: For about the cost of a monthly smart phone rate, I now have a doctor on standby 24/7 who knows my medical history, coordinates all of my healthcare needs, and actually seems to care about her patients' health.

I have been a patient of Dr Braun for many years and have always been impressed with her level of care and knowledge. Wait times are minimal and scheduling is very flexible and quick. I have stayed with her practice after it becoming a monthly fee based practice, in which no insurance is accepted It works for me and I can highly recommend Dr Braun and the practice concept.

Dr. Braun's office is great for someone who does not have health insurance but is able to pay a monthly fee. She has a good network of physicians and pharmacists and can offer affordable alternatives to the more expensive medications on the market. She has helped me to remedy conditions more effectively than internists in some of the larger medical networks in my area. My only complaint is that the office closes too early and it's difficult to schedule appointments around my work schedule.

Dr. Braun and her staff have never let me down, she is one of the last who truly cares, has always enough time to listen and is not one of those who rush in and out within 90 seconds flinging prescriptions at me. I would not go anywhere else.

The customer service is awful. I would never recommend to any friends or anyone who doesn't want to be consistently frustrated with any experience involving this doctor?s office. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week as a returning patient and I still haven't been called back by the receptionist. There is no online appointment scheduling option also.

Dr. Braun and staff give a very personal experience all the way around. The medical staff is never in a rush and always gives the time necessary to explain their diagnosis and opinions.

DR BRAUN HAS BEEN OUR DOCTOR FOR SEVERAL YEARS. MY WIFE AND I WOULDNT CONSIDER SEEING ANYONE ELSE. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS TO HER. SHE IS NEVER TO BUSY TO TAKE TIME TO TALK WITH YOU ABOUT ANYTHING. WE TRUST HER WITHOUT QUESTION.
