Dr. Heidi Calipjo, MD

I’ve been going to Dr Calipjo for 6 yrs. She is very thorough, she doesn’t surgar coat issues, but is very compassionate in her findings. I never feel rushed she answers all my questions

She absolutely does not care about about you. I went in for weight loss help and her response to me “ can’t you just diet and exercise” that made me feel worse about my self than anything. I would not recommend her at all. Every time I have seen her she just blows you off, like she has better things to do. I’d rather go sit in the hospital for hours and hours than see her again!

Dr. Calipjo saw me in a timely manner, she took time to listen to my concerns and did not make me feel rushed. She was knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable plan of care. I have recommended her to several of my friends and they are as fond of her as I am.

Dr. Calipjo practices bad medicine. I would not recommend this doctor. F rating.

after reading the reviews above I'm a bit shocked. I have always heard back from her with regards to lab test follow up and medication changes. In my first visits with her I was a little uncomfortable but I think it was more or less getting used to new people on both our parts. We were on much better footing this time. In fact, Dr. C called me back to go over meds rather than her nurse. I will continue to see her at this point.

Is it possible to give zero stars? Within the first 5 minutes of my new patient visit, I was told to find a new doctor that she wouldnt help me. I was there for thyroid disease issues and just needed a medication refill. She treated me like I was a drug seeker looking for narcotics which I very much was not. I waited two months for this appointment because it was the first available new patient appointment in the office for any of the doctors. She must have skipped the semester in medical school that teaches bedside manner. I have never encountered such a cold, uncaring doctor!

Dr Calipjo does not return phone calls regarding prescription changes. Dr Calipjo never let me know the results of my blood tests. Dr Calipjo seems to run her check-ups on the computer screen, doesn't seem to want to discuss or listen to any issues. Dr Calipjo apparently has too many patients. I will find a Dr more interested in helping with my health issues. My rating is an "F"

Told to find another doctor after five minutes as a new patient. Waited a month to get in. She was rude and after telling her problems from past ( she had my records but never read them) told get another doctor even after telling her that I had strokes and high blood pressure didn't care

Dr. Calipjo types in her laptop the entire office visit. I don't feel she can be truly understanding my health issues while typing. Once prescribed opioids for pain before she even spoke with me. Just prescribed based on the nurses communication. Nursing staff is poor. I am not going back.

This doctor does not listen to you. I went for a well visit, figuring I'd get the full work up. She poked at my belly and touched my throat. I got more of an exam from my obgyn. She also kept her eyes shut a lot. I couldn't tell if she was nodding off or just long blinking.Not going back.
