Dr. Heidi Chun, MD

During the actual appointment she kept brushing me off and not really listening to my concerns about my body. She scheduled lab tests and 3 weeks passed. I emailed to ask what the results were and she replied very rudely about her having too many patients and not having time to relay what was in the lab tests. Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

I have endured Dr. Chun for 3 years. Honestly, I haven't had any big issues, so my visits were mainly for prescription refills, (they couldn't even get that right). The few times I did see her for a specific problem, there was never a solution. Even the annual visits she sat at her computer for about 55 minutes, but she did listen to my heart and lungs. That was it. In my opinion she is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen and I am older. The reason I am writing this is because she charged me for a service, $325, that she never performed, there is proof. After talking to the billing department, they refused to delete the charge, that is Wellstar for you. Beware.

She is great! She also practices holistically. I wish I could find her practicing somewhere, she was my doc when she went on hiatus.

Doctor seem to be angry and intolerance. Dr. Chun did not touch (examine) me. I asked if she wanted to see areas of surgery that effected me now, she said "no". Dr. Chun completed a medical evaluation that should have been referred to my doctors named in another state. Dr. Chun has never treated me or prescribed anything for me.

Love Dr Chun. She is professional and take her time talking to her patient. I highly recommended her.

The way she explain the problem is very well understandable,cheerful and honest to goodness for me with care.

Dr. Chun, although very busy is a very warm and compassionate physician. She listens to her patients and she allows you to participate in your plan of care.She is an excellent physician with great communication skills and a professional at all times. Dr Chun is a very thorough physician she takes the time to listen to her patients and then does a thorough examination then she determines the best course of action to take. I am very happy with my care and I have been going to her for a very long time The staff is always courteous and respectfull in every aspect of my visit.
