Dr. Heidi Kozic, MD

I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma on my forehead in September 2022. My dermatologist recommended Dr Kozic. Dr Kozic was compassionate, pleasant and personable. When she marked the area for surgery, I could see it was quite large. I quipped 'could you stitch it up so the scar follows one of my old man wrinkles. I did not realize how large or how deep the incision was going to be. It was about the size of a penny and just as deep. After the surgery, I was frightened by the size and depth and was apprehensive about looking at it when I changed the bandage. To my pleasant surprise, she made the stitches follow one of my forehead wrinkles. Now that it is healed, you'd never know I had surgery. The surgery mark blends into my forehead wrinkle and is nearly impossible to see.

Dr. Kozic is a TOP-DOC. Excellent manners, encourages questions, and is accessible for post procedure issues. Terrific staff support as well. A patient couldn't ask for more.

I was not pleased with the outcome of Mohs surgery. Dr Kosic is not skilled with her approach.

Dr. Kozic performed a Mohs procedure for me on 12/4/18 and did superb work. In addition to being highly skilled, she is also very cordial and compassionate. Her staff is excellent as well. She answered all questions and was readily available for any post-op issues, though that proved unnecessary. I would recommend her to anyone unequivocally.

I had two facial procedures performed by Dr. Kozic. She is very professional as well as being a highly skilled surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
