Professional, caring, thorough care!
Dr O’Connor has been exceptional in every visit I have had with her. She takes the time to explain all my care needs and makes a point to ask me if I have any questions. When I go for a visit, she reviews my overall health and is always aware of my previous issues and is ready to discuss. This past spring she had ordered some tests for me and followed up with me within a week with the results.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. O'Connor?
First it took 6 months to obtain a date for an appointment for severe sleep apnea. I understood at the visit that I would be contacted by a c-pap provider following the appointment and was given her card containing a number to call if I had any concerns. 14 calls later over the last 3 weeks, I still have not gotten through as the office never picks up the phone. You get put on an eternal hold and then learn the voice mailbox is full (because they never answer the phone). I tried to reach out to "Patient Services" and got the run around. There is absolutely no follow-through. They don't seem to be able to care for patients like other facilities do, or maybe they can't manage their caseload. Whatever the issue is - Still waiting...(are they asleep on the job)?
