Dr. Heidi Oster, MD

I have used Dr. Oster and her practcie for over 4 years and am so grateful to all of them. During that time, I've had 3 pregnancies; one that was a miscarriage and two healthy pregnancies. We had some fertility issues and the compassion, thoroughness and insight provided during every pregnancy and beyond has been fantastic. Dr. Oster, Julie, Wendy, Jen and Dr. Kohl's are all phenomenal. They are supportive, educational, caring, helpful and make you feel like you're the only patient they have! I can't say enough about these wonderful women!

Dr. Oster helped me through my pregnancy and was willing to listen to my wishes when it came to my delivery. I had a doula as well, and they worked very well together, considering they only met during delivery! While I contracted HELLP syndrome, and had to be induced, I felt supported by both Dr. Oster and my doula throughout the birthing process. I had a great experience and felt like she was attentive and was patient and through when I had questions. I also saw her amazing midwife Julie on multiple occasions and always had my questions answered and was given multiple options and through explanation's when it came to picking a new form of contraceptive after birth.

I delivered 2 babies with this office & 10 years later I am still going here. Love everyone at the practice!

I originally had scheduled an appointment with this office for an 8 week confirmation, but unfortunately had a miscarriage before that time. I had called to see if I should still come in and the office staff said yes. During my appointment I had to explain to 5 different people that I was there because I had a miscarriage not because I was still pregnant. Needless to say it was extremely unprofessional that there was no process in place for staff to communicate with one another that I had experienced a miscarriage. When I checked out, they said, "Ok - so you will need to schedule your 12-week appointment" so in front of the waiting room I again had to explain I had a miscarriage. Overall I hope this never happens to another patient because it was extremely painful having to tell 5 different people the story and correcting every staff member saying I was not pregnant any longer.

I love Dr. Oser and her entire staff. They are all knowledgeble, compassionate, and caring individuals.

I went to this office for post menopausal bleeding. The PA Pat told me she was going to do a uterine biopsy. I thought it would be scheduled at another time. Nope, she tried to do it right there. No pre meds, nothing. Unsuccessful and painful, she told me she would ask Dr. Oster to do it another time. Next visit I had the pre medication. Dr. O did not do a sufficient biopsy. I did not get pain meds until I waited 2 hrs. at pharmacy. Awful care& follow-up. Terrible doctor and staff. Stay Away

Dr. Oster is the best!!! I trust her completely with bringing my babies into the world. She has the best bedside manner. She is direct, yet kind. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a doctor who cares about her patients.

From the 3 hr appt ("sorry, running late!") to a promise that Dr. Oster would call (she didn't), to being read the wrong test results by the receptionist, to the NP calling back to tell me all my visit notes were erased ("new software - what were the symptoms again?") to ultimately misdiagnosing a hormonal and complex thyroid issue with "you're fine. An Endocrinioglist would be a moot point. But if you're still feeling tired, we're happy to write a script for Prozac." Deplorable & irresponsible
