Dr. Biren has been treating my home care patient for many years. She is not an easy patient: bipolar, dementia, sometimes delusional. Dr. Biren always treats us both with the greatest of courtesy (I take Her to her doctor appts), answers our questions and follows up with the necessary lab work. Especially because of the constraints of the Kaiser system, we think Dr. Biren is pretty wonderful.

A truly dismissive and cold person. Doesn’t listen to her patients. Condescending and dangerous. Does not educate her patients on what drugs she is prescribing, how they work and side effects. She is disorganized and cannot remember prescribing very intense medications to her patients or remember important details about their symptoms. She will not properly educate you on how to discontinue medications resulting in dangerous withdrawals that can ruin a persons life. SHE SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR.
