Dr. Cappuccino is a very caring and personable physician. She truly listens to the patient and cares about what you are saying. She's down to earth, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. She is full of energy but never rushes you through the appointment.

Dr. Cappuccino took time to initially meet with my husband and me to discuss my breast cancer and surgery. She did a wonderful job with my surgery. Her staff takes time to answer questions both in person and when you call with questions or concerns.

What many people don't know about Dr. Cappuccino is that although she works at Roswell Park, she offers top surgery for trans men. At first, I was nervous to see her, as you usually don't find doctors that specialize in gender confirmation at cancer hospitals. From the moment she walked in, she was kind, welcoming, and judgement free. She did her exam, answered any questions I had, and got me on the schedule about 3 months out.Leading up to surgery, I was having issues with my insurance, and she made sure it was taken care of.The day of surgery, she popped by with her scrubs on, initialed my chest, and soon enough I woke up in recovery, more at home in my body than ever.She's changed my life, and my outlook on a lot. It's hard feeling like your body isn't yours, and having the opportunity to make it more at home is something no one would take for granted.I'm happy; and I haven't been in a long time. None of this would be possible if it wasn't for Dr. Cappuccino.

Dr. Cappuccino is an amazing woman and Doctor! She is a ray of light during a difficult time. I am beyond grateful for her and the path she chose.

You will receive the best of care in a professional setting , with a very friendly staff that cares about your entire health, not just your breast cancer.
