Dr. Helen Man-Son-Hing, MD

Scheduled a video appointment with her. Horrible, Terrible bedside manner. No compassion. No concern for me. Heard she was. “Retiring”. Thank goodness.

I don't like to complain about doctors but this doctor was the rudest and heartless so far, I needed attention for few things but I felt I had limit how many words I could say, my needs were not met, prescription that I needed the most was not given, I went to another doctor and was treated completely different.

This doctor has horrible bedside manner. She refuses to listen to concerns and continually acts rushed. Her responses to questions sound like she is reading from a text book. She lacks compassion and should not be working with people. When a doctor signs you up for weight loss classes, without your knowledge or permission, it raises a huge red flag. I was recently suffering from increased migraines and asked her for input/help to which she responded with a blurb on weight loss and that I should select a new provider. I reported her to KP for the 2nd time. I can't believe that Kaiser continues to employ her.

Dr. Man-Son-Hing is incredibly rude and condescending. She acts like she's being extremely inconvenienced during your appt time with her and will make your appt so difficult so you'll be sure not to see her again.

She was my primary care for more than 10 years. She ignored a major health issue of mine and it wasn’t until I had an emergency visit that the er physician brought up the severity of my health concern. Horrible, rude and unhelpful I can’t believe she has the power to treat people

Dr. Man-Son-Hing seems distracted and does not follow up. When interacting with her she does not seem to know what is going on with her patients. I would not recommend her as a primary care doctor.

I have high doctor anxiety and have not been able to get established with a GE since I became an adult. Dr. Man-Son-Hing was extremely kind, courteous, and respectful. I have a few chronic conditions - she immediately got me in contact with specialists who could address them, and helped get me scheduled for future appointments. She was incredibly patient and pleasant to talk to. She addressed all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed or awkward. I feel so lucky to have found her!
