Just reminding everyone yet again how amazing this young lady and her staff is..dont know what I'd do without her

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Connors for over 10 years. I have never had a negative experience with anyone on her staff. It is a very busy office with a very efficient staff. I have always received excellent healthcare from Dr. O'Conor and her staff as well as the serves she has referred me to for various health concerns over the years.

What has happened to this office? It used to be good now it’s like seeing a specialist to get any help. I was going to write more but honestly I just hope the place improves as I used to like the way they did things. I hope the office sees this and cares enough to make changes. Be wary if you decide to start here and make sure they are going to communicate with you before you go here as your only primary care option!!

I used to think Dr. Oconnor was awesome and that her staff is just hateful and mean. I never could figure out why she wouldn't fire them when they were blatantly out of line. Now, I have figured it out. She is the driving force of their attitude. I asked questions about why she wanted me to do something because I didn't understand. And she basically just went off on me. I've read some reviews where she has "fired" patients; well the roll is reversed....she and and her rude staff have been fired. I will never walk back in that old office unless I go pick up my records of 20 years of care. Stay away from there. Find a doctor that really cares and doesn't mind questions. By the way good luck on getting your prescriptions filled from her office. They do it "when they have time"!!!!

LOVE Dr O’Connor! She has been my family Dr for about 5 years now. She is warm and compassionate and has even gone above and beyond my expectations on care! The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I can’t think of ANY negatives except the normal long wait time that I have also experienced at other physicians offices that are sometimes out of their control.

This doctor took my teledoc call and she was not very warm or friendly at all. She made me feel anxious and promptly ended the call with no care for my wellbeing. Its very sad

This medical professional participates with Teledoc and was the unfortunate person that handled my ‘visit’. I was absolutely stunned by the rudeness and complete unprofessionalism. I was on hold for about 30 minutes for a second time before I finally got her on the video visit and literally the first question was do you need a doctor? Why else would I call and make an appointment. I use Teledoc to free up a visit at my primary care because it was not urgent. I wear scrubs from my work but I work in IT and when she found that out I was completely humiliated and belittled from her. I posted images of my issue and she asked me what I wanted to do about them?! It was just a complete and pathetic attempt at medical care. I requested the full video from Teledoc and have formally filed a serious complaint because she has no business being in the medical field especially with these trying times in Covid. Extremely rude and unprofessional is all I can say. Do not use this person ! wow

Dr. O'Connor has been my physician for several years now after a friend of mine recommended her. Especially like how several of her patients are also teachers like myself. Staff was very helpful in getting an appointment for me to review my blood work for annual Health checkup that was after school. Has always provided excellent care for me. Highly recommend her for individuals or families who need a new doctor. Staff is also very helpful and caring.

My family has seen dr. Diana O'Connor for the last 20 years. She is kind and thoughtful and cares about her patients. Her staff is just as amazing! I would highly recommend her for your family!

I have been seeing Dr. O’Connor since 1992. She is a wonderfully kind and compassionate person. She does not rush and always listens and answers questions. She and her staff mean the world to my husband and I. I believe she is the best of the best!

DO NOT GO HERE unless you wanted to be treated stupid and enjoy getting your bloodwork lost. I have filed a paper complaint about the office as well as talked to Dr Oconner and her nurse in person about this and it has just gotten worse.

Enjoyed seeing Dr. O'Connor over last 25 years and her physicians assistant Rachel but unfortunately I have been fired by her, a nurse thought I was rude on the phone, I don't believe I was rude, just was notified by nurse that they would no longer fill my pain meds that Dr. O'Connor has been prescribing me for 15 years for DDD and Osteoarthritis with only 3 days of prescription left, asked to have Dr. call me and she said the Dr. probably would not call me back and she didn't. v Google review

Dr.O’Connor is a knowledgeable provider with care and compassion for her patients. She has excellent support staff that is equally caring and compassionate to your needs. She strives to get patients in on the same day rather than sending you to an urgent care. She is an excellent provider and loves caring for people.

Dr. O'Connor is always thorough, listens to patient and aggressively treats the condition to achieve best results. I had a history of heart "murmur", she had it checked out and found I had a severely leaking mitral valve. I had surgery with great results due to early detection!

Dr. O'Connor, PA Rachel, and all the staff are very friendly but professional. They listen to what you are needing and pay close attention to detail. They get you in the same day or next morning if you are sick and within a week if it's a regular visit. My family and I love this office and recommend it to all our friends and family. We are blessed to be patients.

A friend said she knew about Fibromyalgia. She initially did seem to be genuinely interested. Eventually I told her I felt like I probably had Adrenal Fatigue too & she would just stare at me.. She also chrgd my husband & me each $100+ for asking us 4 depression related questions which he thot was part of the visit & I wasn't even there the dates I was chrgd! I wasted over 2 years trying! I've found a dr who listened & diagnosed me with severe Adrenal Fatigue & MTHFR 1298 too. First do no harm?!

I would actually give Dr. O'Connor and her Staff ZERO stars if it was an option. I was a patient of Dr O'Connor's for over 20 years. When I begin going to Dr O'Connor 20 years ago everything was great. But, now everything is a disaster at her office. You are ran in and out like cattle. The office staff and the nurses are so RUDE and uncaring. There is ABSOLUTELY no professionalism in this office! Do NOT go to this DR unless you want to feel like a #, NO one cares at this office about you!

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Connor for several years and I admire and respect her professionalism. I believe she is a wonderful family doctor. Sometimes her office is hectic and busy but she has always provided me with good medical attention.
