Demeaning and hurtful...
After my honeymoon I had gained 20 pounds During my next appointment visit, Dr. Helen Pensanti took one look at me and sarcastically said, 'You've gained weight, are you going for the 'content cow' look?' I was shocked and EXTREMELY hurt! It was unexpected....especially from a woman of faith. I was still within a normal weight range... Not even a pound overweight. (Little did she know I had suffered past issues with eating disorders). That was the last time I ever went to her office never to return. I forgave her in my heart and hoped she had never hurt any other patients this way.Years later, I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor causing rapid weight gain.

I asked for a return call her office will never call you back.
