I have been under her care since 2013! She is probably the best doctor I have been under for my care. She listens to everything I have to say but she will put you in your spot if you are not thinking right or need to look at a situation differently! She helped me get my SSI and SSDI when I was applying for it! She is a WONDERFUL doctor and she would be a wonderful friend if I had not been under her care! I highly recommend you to give her a chance if you are looking for Mental Health Care!

Dr. Alphonso with JPS Behavioral Health has been treating me for many years. She has never given me anything but her best. She quite literally brought me back from the brink of despair and death and despite my best efforts and my own twisted, stubborn nature has given me the tools and ability to actually live a halfway decent reasonable life. Unless you have been in my situation you have no idea how important that simple statement is. I honestly believe that anyone else would have given up on me many times over by now and whatever semblance of a life that I have I owe entirely to her and the other members of her team. In my entire life I've never met anyone HALF as intelligent, insightful and dedicated as her. She continues to surprise me even after all this time. You should be so lucky to have her as your doctor.

She was one the best doctors I've seen until recently. She did a 360 in a matter of months. She stopped listening caring. Perhaps the government has her under such micro management that she cant do her job. It's a shame because she is very knowledgeable.

My experience with Dr. Alphonso is outstanding. She absolutely cares about her patients. She is very straight forward about you condition and she will treat it very aggressively. She is so pleasant, warm and friendly. she has brought me from the brink of disaster to a very stable condition. I have had serious ups and downs over the last 4 years. I have been under the care of several psychiatrists in my life. Dr. Alphonso is that she is the best doctor that I have ever had.
