dishonest,corrupt, crooked!!!! be very cautious any test they want to do in their office make sure you have everything in writing from them and from your insurance. Due to This office lying about my insurance coverage for testing I was billed almost $5,000 and since the beginning of 2018 I keep on calling Kathy in his office to look into my case until this day they have not cared to look into it. I will take this case to an attorney and the state insurance board.

Kind and understanding but also out to push his own protocol. Not supportive of family choices. Mildly antagonistic. Does not listen/talks over you.
