Never and I mean never go to this provider! Dr. Pandey is absolutely horrible. I was diagnosed with Intercranial Hypertension and Papilledema in 2022. I started to see Dr. Pandey and his assistants. I was told I needed a lumbar puncture. I explained to him over and over my insurance wants to charge over $1200 plus for the procedure and I could not afford it and to see what other options I had. He put me on medications and had me come back in weekly. Within a week of starting my medications, he checked my eyes and stated that my Papilledema swelling was still "too significant" and stated I flat out needed a lumbar puncture. I again explained I couldn't afford it and he told me I needed to decide what was more important, my vision or my rent because apparently if I cared enough for my vision, I would find a way to pay for it. I asked to try other medications and/or up my dosages. He told then that I was too much of a liability to him and that he refused to be my provider any longer because I was refusing to get the lumbar puncture done. I was NOT refusing sir, I cannot just pull $1200 out of my behind. I told him if he is so concerned about my vision, why isn't he offering to help find me a way to cover the costs? I have submitted a formal complaint with the medical board against this provider. Please stay far away from him!

Awful Practice, Horrible doctor
Demeaning and disrespectful bedside manner. He doesn't listen and shuts you down if you have questions. His scheduling staff is rude. You'll get assigned to a PA after your first visit... and they are not responsive or proactive. It's a corporate machine. They don't care about you! Go elsewhere!

The doctor and medical staff are good but not worth the trouble you go through with the front desk staff. They lack communication skills and delayed my tests, treatments, and medical leave. I do not recommend this office. Dr. Pandey would benefit from training his staff on patient (customer) service.

Do not, I repeat do not go to this provider if you are looking for comprehensive, complete, compassionate care for complex neurological issues.....you risk getting kicked to the curb when they can’t help you

Very rushed visit. Did not listen. Ordered physical therapy before a diagnosis. Only contact through text. Assembly line healthcare. Ugh!

2nd appointment where we had to wait an hour past our appointment time. Even then, they didn't seem too interested in my time. Additionally, they said they told me to stop a medicine prior to an EEG but never told me that. Did the EEG as scheduled, and was told a month after that the EEG would have to be preformed again because of the medicine. THEY NEVER INSTRUCTED TO STOP THE MEDICINE. Their staff is terrible. Turns out I arrived prior to my appointment but their front desk staff never "checked me in" so the staff in the back had no idea I was waiting. I'd also comment that I've phoned this office probably 6 or 7 times in the past 2 years. Not once did they are to respond. This office also uses only text messages as reminders. I don't text. I told them that and apparently they could care less, telling me "that's the system in place". Here we have a brain and spine center that mostly tends to the elderly and they want those folks to understand texting. I will never return.

I was a new patient and specifically asked if treatment for migraine was available. I was told yes and then asked for an appointment with the Doctor. I was told I couldn't get an appointment with the doctor only NP. He said your insurance doesn't cover that treatment. My insurance does sir they refered me to your office, I should have got up and walked out.

Waited one hour past scheduled appointment. My wife had to drive me 50 miles because I was told to be "sleep deprived" When I complained, staff said Dr was not available for the procedure. I will NOT reschedule. They had sent me several appointment reminders. Should have sent a reminder to Dr Pandy.

The worst office personal ever. Dr. Pandey's office needs to do an over haul of the staff. Because of them I have gotten my husband an other neurologist.

No direct line to schedule an appointment. This is very frustrating! Dr. Pandy is excellent and his male medical assistant is outstanding. Front desk could use some training in customer service.

Would definitely recommend Dr Pandey. He is very knowledgeable and I feel confident about his judgment when it comes down to my mother's care. Him and his staff have worked diligently to ensure they coordinate care with others providers so that everyone is on the same page and my mom will be okay. My mother especially likes to talk to Johny first as he is very personable and speaks Spanish. The front desk and other support team have always been polite and efficient. Thank you!

Your front office is the worst I have ever seen. Tried to call. No messaging. They scheduled me for an appointment in Casa Grande. I have never been there don't even know where it is. I tried to call and cancel the appointment but could not get a hold of any one. On top of that they threatened to bill me for $50 for missing the appointment. That ain't going to happen.

100% I would recommend Dr Pandey to a friend or family member! He took the time to listen to my symptoms & concerns and come up with a plan of action. I was blown off by a previous doc so it was really nice to finally feel validated. Excellent “bedside manner”. The office staff is friendly and really on top of things, and I only waited about 2 weeks for an appointment. 5-star service ????

The BEST neurologist I’ve ever had as a physician or worked with as a neurology RN. Dr. Pandy is not only the best neurologist I’ve ever met clinically, but he also exhibits wonderful “emotional intelligence”- he’s extremely kind, compassionate & listens to the patients issues, symptoms & “story” intently. He develops a superior diagnostic and treatment plan @ explains in detail why he believes his recommendations are the most appropriate & the best clinically & outcome-wise for you..

I would recommend anybody to Dr. Pandey but when you need to see him right away you can't get in to see him even though you been to the hospital for you back, I was told it would be two months before I could see him and I am in pain, I have been going to physical therapy but got sick and go what ammonia . And now my back is worse then before. WhatShould I do.

I went to the office because I had migraines, meralgia paresthetica, dizziness, and feeling of fainting. They ordered a series of tests and I was to return in a month. In the message, I asked if we could discuss all tests and was told Johnny approved the visit for the next day. When I went to the visit, they were an hour behind. I did not get the sleep study result. I have to pay $35 for a copy of reports. They do not follow through on commitments. Doctor was VERY rude.
