I took my son into urgent care due to a possible case of hand/mouth/foot. She misdiagnosed him with impetigo even though he had all of the symptoms of hmf. The other provider on call stated that they also thought it was hmf but she refused to listen. While we were there, her bed side manner was the poorest that I’d ever seen. She asked me if he had ever been on antibiotics and I stated no. She then exclaimed “EVERY child has been on antibiotics. (Which is completely untrue and extremely irresponsible and negligent of her to say)Do you not know his medical history? Are you even his mother?” I was was extremely offended and told her that she could check with his PCP if she wants proof that he hasn’t been on antibiotics and nobody has ever questioned if I was the parent of my own child. I took my son to his pcp when they opened the next day and the doctor took one look at him and knew it was hmf. This terrible woman should not be allowed near kids. Her negligence could be fatal

This doctor has misdiagnosed my 4 years old son appendicitis for a constipation when he was brought to the urgent care of Texas Children in Katy, TX, with fever, abdominal pain (precisely over the right leg) and couldn't extend his right leg. Her prescription of enemas for 24 hs, had given enough time for a simple appendicitis to end up as a ruptured appendix and peritonitis as a consequence, putting his life in risk and making him suffer miserably. Instead of a simple procedure that usually take half day in a hospital, he had to stay for many days and be sedated with morphine and heavy antibiotics for the increased risk of cysts and infection. I would never recommend this doctor, I have open a complaint against her in the state medical board and have all documents of the case, and I deeply believe someone who does a grotesque mistake like she has done with my son, is not suitable to take care of any children; she should retire.

We saw her at urgent care and she was very accurate on how to treat my son right away and gave advise on how to proceed in the future for his condition. I was under lots of stressed and she was very helpful
