Doesn’t listen well.
I have had one appointment and she seemed to have a minimum protocol for patients which is good. I don’t think she heard or acknowledged any of the reasons I was there, though. And after three scary test results and a few weeks I am just as scared with no answers and she won’t answer on mychart. Wants me to come in next week with 3 emergencies at once. Referred me for two surgeries when if she’d listened she’d know I can’t have surgery. Won’t refer me for treatment. Just surgery. No questions. No answers. Nothing. Just skip her if you want to communicate

Careless!
She doesn’t seem to have knowledge of some common side effects of common medicines that is giving the patient much trouble even after multiple visits and keeps prescribing the same! In general lacking interest overall for the well being of a patient, tries to just smooth talk and be done with with you fast than actual medical information and advice for key points.

Displayed a lack of interest. Shrugged My concerns off with absolute disregard to my symptoms. Made me feel like she didn’t want to help with my unanswered question or concerns. In my health record she falsely stated that she advised me to take certain preventative measures and advice regarding the symptoms I was having. When in all honesty , all she did was schedule me the following week with a physical which was suppose to include certain exams to be done. Upon arriving for the physical she displayed a lack of interest. Shrugged My concerns off with absolute disregard to my symptoms. Made me feel like she didn’t want to help with my unanswered question or concerns and never discussed my lab results until I brought them up.
