Very Detailed Visit
Dr Arakaky took his time during my visit today. He started me on medication to make me feel better. He explained why he was changing things around. I greatly appreciated the service I received today.

Useless
Med Xpress visit for a rash on my leg. He claims he has no idea what it could be and I should see a dermatologist …no kidding. My dermatologist appointment is weeks away and I thought someone else could help me out. He didn’t even look at me when he talked to me and I had to keep pushing him to say “do you have any idea what this could be??” Said “no idea” and said he’d give me a prescription cream .My skin scan app said it looked like something that could be treated with steroid cream. Was hoping an actual doctor could venture a guess but apparently not.Not someone I would trust or see again.

Very Compassionate
Dr. Arakaky and his staff were ALL very accommodating to me. Even though it was an hr wait, I was seen as promised. Front desk stated at least 45 min. I stumped my pinky toe on my fiancée gym equipment. (The inner side of toe, not outer) He cleaned off all the bleeding, I guess which I couldn’t see. He said I didn’t need stitches and used medical glue to patch up the inner deep cut. He was very concern about my tetanus shot and asked when I last got it. So I agreed to go on mychart.com and check. He recommended I should try to get it today instead of waiting until May to be on the safe side since the pinky toe had a deep cut. Highly recommend this Dr and practice. I appreciate the advice and him taking care of me so quickly.
