Very rude and arrogant.
Dr. Burnett was very insulting ,loud, and actually told me off when he first walked in the room. I didn't want my eye dilated until he saw it as I was very afraid I may have torn my retina. If I knew there were more retina specialists in W.S. I would of definitely left his practice much sooner. I strongly do NOT recommend this doctor. Way too rude and full of himself.

Terrible Experience
He is arrogant and heartless...has absolutely no problem causing great pain and basically telling you it's all in your head. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to him.

Dr. Burnett has been seeing me since my Bests Macular Dystrophy diagnosis at 10 years old. He and his staff have watched me grow up and have always treated myself and my family like we are his own family. His treatments, care, and vigilance at keeping an eye on (pun intended) my eye disease are the reason I can still see today. He is always kind, helpful, and was especially gentle and caring when I was a child and my whole family was terrified of my diagnosis. He takes all my concerns into account and explain everything so that I can always understand what is going on. I couldn’t recommend a better eye specialist.

I suffered from an age/genetic related small horseshoe separation of the retina. In a ten minute laser procedure Dr. Burnett tacked it back together. It was not entirely painless, but his compassion, confidence, thorough explanation and demonstrated competence were evident throughout. He diagnosed me at the appointed time and brought me back for the procedure later the same day. He has followed up since. No complications! Wait times due to first-time patient forms, dilation and pre-op processes.
