Explains everything so well. Takes the time with you. Never feels rushed to leave you. The staff is also very kind will put you at ease when you call up in a panick. Conn

I’ve been going to Dr. Glick for a little over three years now and I have been very pleased with each visit. He has always answered my questions and given me good information. He just did two cataract surgeries on me, one in January and one in February, 2022. I’m thrilled with the results. He did an awesome job, my vision is perfect. He gave me written detailed instructions after he explained everything to me. As for Dr. Glick’s staff, they’re great. They’re always polite and efficient. It’s a nice office to deal with and easy to get appointments, even though they are a busy office.

While sitting in the waiting room the doctor came in and cursed at the front desk lady because I was scheduled during his lunch time. He ended up going to lunch and saw me when he came back almost an hour later. When he walked in the room to see me, he didn't even bother to say hello. Later, they refused to accept my insurance, despite the insurance company telling them my treatment was covered and I ended up having to pay out-of-pocket.

Front office staff are friendly and welcoming. Technicians who do testing and measurements are excellent. Dr. Glick himself is knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to answer questions and explain things, and he listens to your concerns. Just had second cataract surgery and it went like a breeze. I was given thorough instructions (verbally and written) re care both pre and post surgery. I couldn’t be happier about my “new” vision. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Glick.

Not acceptable service at front desk. When I came with a pain in my left eye, they said that my appointment is not on the schedule, even I have scheduled it a week before. I ask them to check with a doctor, it took 35 min to do it. Then I was said that Dr. will see me, but he is two hours behind (the way to say NO?). I asked the lady at front desk to inactivate myself as a patient, because I will not return to this office. The lady's response was "Okay". I like Dr. Glick, but not his staff

Excellent doctor took very good care of my wife. Went Beyond what he had to do care of her eye problem today 5 stars no No doubt thanks again doc.

Misdiagnosed! Saw Dr. Glick for my right eye severely tearing. He seemed a little rushed. He diagnosed me with "dry eye disease", prescribed expensive drops and told me to come back in 6 weeks. I bought the expensive drops. Three weeks later, no change. I began to suspect a clogged tear duct and began rubbing the tear duct area and two days later a huge obstruction came out and my eye stopped tearing. What a waste of money and time. Never again. Stay clear of this doctor.
