Do not waste your time
I had been a patient at Dr. Paszko's private practice for over 15 years and maybe saw Dr. P a handful of times. Each encounter that I experienced with Dr. P, usually involved him being arrogant, condescending, and more involved with expressing his theological views, rather than listening to me and my health concerns. He often would ask me if I was involved with a church and if I prayed to God. I knew his practice was faith based, however, no other provider at this practice, prayed for me or ask me such personal questions on my faith. I was uncomfortable with how Dr. P was more concerned about my faith practices than my health needs. In addition, his office staff would always offer me the first available appointment for the PA I usually saw and then at the last minute I would be called into the office to be seen or I would not receive my prescription to manage seizures. This was the policy of Dr. P., that patients be seen every 3 months. The staff seems to change a lot too.

Horrible
Please do NOT waste your time. I was a patient at Dr. Paszko’s private practice for over 15 years. Recently, I had a medical issue caused by his nurse practitioner that has since left and moved to Ohio. I was prescribed 3 medications that knowingly have serious interactions when taken in conjunction with one another but because I trusted his NP, I didn’t research the drug interactions, and it also wasn’t caught by Walgreens until days later. When I experienced a medical emergency and was in his office for a second time in 3 days, and in the emergency room a day prior due to this medication interaction, he basically asked me if I had a church, prayed for me, told me to stay out of the emergency room and to CONTINUE the exact medication causing the medical emergency. I later received a letter from their office manager that they were discontinuing my care and gave me less than 30 days to find a new doctor while they prescribed me a medication to control seizures and refused to fill it.

The office manager at Churchville chili family medicine told me I had to come in for a physical, I said "you do not tell me what I will do with my time and my money" her answer "what do you care it only cost you $10" in an attempt to coerce me to come in for an unnecessary office visit she then withheld the prescriptions for my heart medicine, this woman put my life in danger. Her excuse was that I had signed a contract that I had to come for an office visit every time I need a prescription filled. I said to her send me a copy of that agreement. Guess what, she lied, the only time you have to go for an office visit is to get a refill on a controlled substance I wasn't taking a controlled substance. In my opinion she was trying to shake me down. I think they like elderly people with good insurance because then they can con them. I challenge Dr. Paszko to contact me.

Dr. Henry Paszko is the best doctor I've ever had! He is skilled and knowledgeable while being caring and compassionate. I recommend him at the highest level. Please read a little more below: Being of retirement age, I have participated with health care people for 66+ years. My first doctor was my great uncle, Douglas Arnold, of Buffalo (private practice and Children's Hospital, and Fran Driscoll, nurse). Very good doctor. Other doctors along the way have been Grand Island, NY private practice doctors Dr. Rayhill and Dr. Ubel (at school); Brown University Health Services and Rhode Island Group Health Services (in Rhode Island); Harvard Community Health Services (Boston, MA); and Olean Medical Group (Olean, NY). All of these doctors and groups offered excellent care. I feel that Dr. Henry Paszko and his staff have given me better care than all these others for the last five years. Dan C.

I am the med. ins. subscriber for my wife’s medical care. My wife trusted Dr. Paszko w/ her medical care from 2007 - 2015. At an office visit in 2008, Dr. Paszko recorded his unsolicited, fanciful and cruel "opinions" about her in her medical records and attempted to prescribe to her an unnecessary medication to treat his hoax diagnosis. Seven years later, my wife discovered these things in her medical records and then confronted Dr. Paszko via several legal means, but he never came clean.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with his office for 4 months now. My family are new patients but his office staff will not help. They claim that we need to fill out paperwork but never took my address or told me how to get it. How do you get help? Very poor office staff not sure about the doctors can get an appointment or any answers.

I went to Dr. Paszko's practice after a bad experience with another local doctor, who misdiagnosed not one but two different orthopedic injuries, one resulting in permanent damage as a result. It was a rare injury type and both Dr. Paszko and his PA Tim Clark spent a great deal of time questioning me closely about my experiences with this injury so they could learn from the other doctor's mistakes. They didn't want to make the same mistake with their own patients.

I was a patient for quite a few years and seen by Dr. Paszko's Physician's assistant Mr. Timothy Clark who was wonderful. However, I had an appointment early in August of 2017 and called the office to reschedule it. The lady who answered the call stated that she would reschedule me for the end of August but SHE DIDN'T, so because I missed the appointment I was DISMISSED FROM THE PRACTICE!!! Never in all my 60 plus yrs. did I hear of such a thing. I would not recommend this practice.

I joined this Primary Care practice six years ago and couldn't be happier. Dr Paszko is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent discernment when it comes to managing our family's healthcare. He is cautious and I trust his judgment and decision-making implicitly. I have seen some of the PA's too and just love how all the staff at Churchville Chili Family Medicine care so genuinely about us.

Recently I did a through review of my medical history and in retrospect realized that Dr Paszko and his staff have provided me with very good support over the last 17 years, and at times that effort has been exceptional. I find that the practice continuously updates their methods and implements best practices and protocols. After careful consideration I cannot envision getting more effective care anywhere. Dr Paszko is accessible, considerate and creative in his approach.
