Dr. Glatt is an excellent Ophthalmologist. His staff needs to attend an abundance of customer service educational classes. When they answer the phone, it is like you have interrupted them from doing nothing. Hey ladies, have some skills when you answer the phone, its very rude to act as if you hate your job.

It is getting to be more of a factory experience. Long wait time and doctor is in and out quickly.

Super busy office but I felt confident that I had a thorough examination. I did not feel that I was being hustled into buying glasses or contac lenses as I have felt at other eyecare places.. I felt that I had an experienced doctor who is friendly yet very professional with a staff that keeps things moving. I like that. I like efficiency and experience when it comes to health care.
