All the nurses and staff are mostly friendly and helpful, but Dr. Rosengarten doesn't really seem to listen to anything you say. It feels as if you're being a burden on him for making him see you. Been going to him for a while just for physicals, but if you actually have an issue he isn't much help. I'm going to find a new doctor that actually cares.

If you make an appt, expect to wait at least 60 minutes to see the Dr. after your scheduled appt time. And call the day before to see if they actually made your appt!! This is now their 'reasoning' for your wait. You're a walk-in appt cause they never put you in the book!! So clever.

My wife and I had appointments to meet him for first time as he was our new primary care physician. Waited over 2 hours to be called into exam room, no explanation or apology. Sat in exam room for 15 minutes before someone came in to take initial info (this took 5 minutes). Then sat for another 30 minutes for doctor to come in. He spent 5 minutes with me and was done. I subsequently was told by health care company that he charged for annual depression check up and lab work-none of which was done

His office staff is very nice but it ends there. My annual physical consisted of his staff weighing me, taking BP, drawing blood, getting a urine sample. Dr came in and listened to my heart - that's it!

This doctor just does not care. He went through a checklist of yes or no answers. Did not bother to dive deeper into the issues I came in for or listen to my concerns. Then when my blood work results were completed I was told everything looked fine, yet I found several abnormalities in the results that should have been addressed. Needless to say, I had no trust in this doctor and have since found a doctor that is more diligent and caring.

Doesn't listen, doesn't even seem to give you a time of day to explain what your problem is. For the amount of time you wait in the office waiting room, you'd think HE SPENT TIME WiTH YOU!
