My parents see Dr Martinez , this place is horrible even with an appointment they have to wait 3-4 hrs inside the medical room my parents are diabetic not good to wait this long . Dr Martinez doesn’t care or he over books appointments , also staff is very unprofessional they gave me a referral that was the the wrong number not once but 3 times had to figure out for our selfs . Dr. Martinez wife works in the office never clear on what is going on not help full claiming that they are busy you get the feeling that they are taking people just to take their money. , Dr Martinez prescribed medication that made my dad sick we discontinued the medicine he felt better as was doing great we called manufacture of the medicine they told us to have the doc make a letter to say how the medication was causing my dad to feel bad and was given hi anemia, Dr Martinez refuse to write it up simply said no , I told them that I wanted to see if they had a number so I can complain they told me that sorry we are privately owned and I couldn’t complain, I was taking back on their answer , please help I feel someone will get injure or hurt going to this place , we currently looking for another primary Dr. . Thank you so much please help

Wait time is ridiculous! Dr. Has too many scheduled appointments and treating walk-in patients at the same time. The average wait time is 3+ hours. This is unacceptable!!!!

Good, I was able to see dr Martinez as a walk-in, had issues with swollen ankles. He sent me for test to r/o blood clots, I had just returned from vacation and was on plane for 4 hours. He is very methodical and cautious when it comes to health issues. I have waited several hours but I know when it is my turn he will not rush me and really listens

He is very good but to see him you got to wait up to 3 hours to let you in is very frustante.
