Dr. Pabon is an insensitive mental health provided. My appointment was set up to see him nearly two weeks ago. The actual time of the appointment was for 11:30am this morning. At 12:15, I called his office, and I was told that he doesn't give specific appointments. He basically calls when he wants to. I have NEVER, in all of my years, experienced a doctor that doesn't give a specific appointment time. Don't bother waisting your time with this individual.
