“Dr. A” is an awesome Doctor! Very knowledgeable and takes all the time you need to answer all of your question so you understand. He was great before transplant to explain to us everything we needed to know and what to expect durning and after my double lung transplant. After transplant he was very “ on the job “ making sure you were alright and that I was doing my part to get the best results from my transplant. The problem is the staff, nurse stated “don’t call us, we will call you”. You wait WEEKS for someone to return a call, reception states “did you call the nurse to ask her to check her email”, lost records, lost files and chronic confusion with the office staff. This staff will destroy this physicians reputation.

Dr Abdelrazek was very professional and ensured that I understood everything concerning the transplant procedures. He ensured that both my wife and I understood the committment involved. He was very thorough in answering our questions. He spend a great deal of time with us and ensured that he answered all questions that we had.
