Go to a different ED if this man is on duty!
Is it possible to give no stars? This man clearly skipped How to Be A Human 101. He's the kind of man that cuts a patient off when they're scared and most vulnerable- asking things like 'what do you want ME to do about it'. Or snappily saying 'if you would LET me finish,...' Negative bedside manner. Everyone else in the Ochsner Baptist ED was lovely and kind and empathetic. He's awful. I can understand someone having a bad day, but this is beyond a bad day. That's not to mention releasing a patient with no answers and no resolution. - unsurprisingly, she ended up back in the ED a few hours later

Dr. Mack
Dr. Mack was efficient and empathetic. Dr. Mack made sure that I was comfortable and understood what was going on. If you have to go to the er, I hope you get this doctor, he was great!
