Well, right now he’s MIA! I can’t find him anywhere and I need refills ordered! I guess I will find another dr. And Steven Mosley is on his own now. I don’t know what to think about this at all!

DONT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!! They will not return your calls nor do anything they say they will do. Dr. Dao should have his license taken away. All he is good for is charging insurance and nothing more! Please beware, this has been a nightmare for me and my family!

I recently had a telephone appointment for routine prescription refills and to get an order for a pelvic ultrasound. During our conversation he said he would take care of the refills and order the ultrasound. The pharmacy/tricare needed additional information to refill the prescriptions and the order for the ultrasound didn’t get faxed. After 3 phone calls, numerous emails and faxes I gave up and got a new doctor. So, my advice I’d don’t waste your time with Dr. Dao. Oh the only thing they accomplished on the visit was sending me the $15. telemedicine copay bill. I considered it money well spent to find out Dr. Dao’s lack of professionalism prior to a medical emergency.

For the second year in a row I have scheduled my annual physical with Leeward medical in Niceville, FL and for the second time they refuse to code it as an annual physical and I end up having to pay for an appt that should be paid for by my insurance. When you call and speak with Kristen she blames it all on the insurance company - she said "you literally can't say anything to the doctor when he is in the room with you or the insurance company won't accept it as an annual physical." Very wrong.
