Horrible…. She wouldn’t listen to me or treat me. Do not recommend at all especially on a tele health call.

I have been seeing Dr. Dye for a few years. I don’t often leave reviews but I am glad to do that for Dr. Dye. She listens, takes time & always explains/gives me answers to my questions. I would highly recommend her to other potential patients looking for a great doctor.

I waited two and a half months for my first appointment with Dr. Dye. I had an 11 am appointment and was in the parking lot at 10:57 am. The staff informed me I would have to reschedule my appointment because I wasn't there 15 minutes prior. I explained it wasn't my fault I was late because the text message address link they sent, took me to Mishawaka instead of Granger. Further, I explained my paperwork was filled out in advance and mailed to their office. They told me the best they could do was reschedule me for 3 pm that day but I would have to come in now to complete the paperwork. By this time, I was so frustrated with their inflexibility and felt as if this medical practice treated patients like a cattle call. I decided to not reschedule and was better off finding another doctor more accommodating to care for my health. Luckily, I'm healthy and this visit was merely to establish a good working relationship with a doctor if a true medical emergency happened in the future.

I arrived 13 minutes before visit and was canceled because I was not there 15 minutes before visit even though they made me wait in line for 3 minutes The staff was rude refused to talk to me I would not recommend this doctor or this clinic or anything if I was dying

I had blood pressure issues after back surgery. Dr Dye got me right in and addressed my problem immediately. She ran the proper labs and called me with the results as soon as they were back. Dr Dye is extremely thorough and she always takes time to really “check in” with you. She has an amazing bedside manner and she is a 5 star physician in my book.

Dr. Dye is always upbeat, friendly and I know she's on top of her advice and diagnosis. She's always ready to try something for whatever ailment before she sends you off to a specialist. She seems like she actually enjoys having you as a patient. She takes as much time as necessary for consultation.
