Excellent doctor for me and my spouse for the last two years since we moved to Maricopa. Listens to your concerns and explains to you the science behind it. Refers you to an specialist if needed. Staff is very professional handling all details about scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.

I'm new to Arizona since Oct 2022. I've been looking for a doctor and reviewing multiple ones since I got here. I'm very lucky about my healthcare providers. Upon finding Dr Vidal's and reading her review on BCBS insurance site I decided to give her a try and I'm so glad I did. Everything about my office visit went well. It was easy to set my appt, the wait time was way less than ten minutes, she came right in the room introduced herself and asked how could she help me, listened to everything I had to say and every question I had to ask.. And I had a list..lol. I left the visit with everyone is my questions answered and some good advice. I've seen her multiple times since and still pleased with hm the service she's provides. I do recommend her to anyone that ask.

Have used Dr. Flores-Vidal for over 2 years. She takes time to talk with you and go over blood tests etc. She does not rush through your visit and she remembers any specific problems you may have had. I have complete confidence in her abilities as a internal medicine physician.

I had to remind her constantly of my preexisting conditions, stop her from walking out the door while I was still speaking and REQUESTED to be examined, follow through was horrible for referrals and prescriptions, made 9 phone calls , not one returned.

Dr. Flores is compassionate, demonstrates her expertise, and has earned my husband's & my trust in her care. We highly recommend her! Her staff & nurses are very professional, efficient, and competent.

Misdiagnosed me, treated me a chronic condition that I did not have. Saw me for ever 1-3 months for the misdiagnosed condition. Finally got her to agree to send me to a specialist after 2 years of treatment and found out she misdiagnosed me. She would only discuss 2 issues per appointment so you would have to schedule another appointment which meant another copay and more medical bills.

She had insisted that I take some type of contraception because, in her words, people with large families have stupid children. After my lab work follow up I never returned to her practice. I didn't understand why she felt so grossly against being open to life. I had just had my third child at this appointment.
