Dr Harrison has left her practice in Carmel to work closer to her family. She has been a truly wonderful doctor to me for many years. I will miss her.

Dr Harrison was very nice and very smart. She explained things a lot. I think she’s really going to help me. Some people on here said she kicked them out after 10 minutes but she spent almost an hour with me. Then she said we had to stop because I was only scheduled for 1/2 hour and she couldn’t keep people waiting that long. Seems fair. I liked her a lot.

This doctor is very unprofessional. She consistently runs very late for appointments. Today she did not even arrive for work until 40 minutes after her first appointment of the day. And she did not bother to have her office staff let her patients know that she would be late. It is clear that she does not care about her patients.

This physician certainly does not adhere to the Hippocratic Oath, in any way. If your issue will take more than ten minutes, she will throw you out the door. She has zero interest, or concern, with her patients, only collecting insurance money. If there are no dollar signs next to your name, it is out the door.

Dr Harrison really listens and seems to really think about what medicine is best for a person instead of just prescribing whatever. She is willing to spend time with patients and explains things well. She is honest about what symptoms she thinks are treatable with medication and what are not. She is almost always running behind schedule, which is annoying, but I think it’s because she’s willing to spend extra time when people need it and not just cut them off. Overall I think she’s great.

I had more than one issue about the billing. In and out and let's see how much we can bill. We were billed $286.00 for a 10 minute visit. When I called Healthquest they said Dr Hillary Harrison billed the visit at 25 minutes and I would have to speak to her about the bill. I asked that she would call me and she never returned the call. At 25 minutes for $286 she is stating she is worth $686 per hour. Would not recommend this practice.
