Dr. Himansh Khanna, MD

An absolutely miserable experience. The wait time was extreme. The office was filthy. I was initially called into a room where they attempted to give me a procedure meant for another patient. The next room I was brought into had urine samples stacked in the open.

Unscrupulous and ineffective is the most concise way I can describe Dr. Himansh Khanna after months of seeing him for an ongoing issue that never got resolved by him. As it’s been described elsewhere I also suspect he runs unnecessary tests/procedures to bill insurance. And yes he seems nice and warm and attentive in his bedside manner but I found that this is what disarmed and distracted me from the red flags regarding him and his office. I would have listened to the other reviews like mine warning to avoid him at all costs but I was desperate to see a specialist and his was the soonest appointment. It ended up costing me a lot of money and time. Thankfully, I eventually switched over to Dr. Yanke who has been great. In fact, my experience with Dr. Yanke has been so “night and day” that it helped me realize even more how wrong everything went before. Beware, Himansh Khanna…

I highly recommend Dr. Khanna. He is very patient and he takes the time to listen to you and talk to you about the treatment plan and options that are available to you. The wait between the scheduled appointment and the time you are seen is reasonable as he spends an ample amount of time exploring what your medical issue might be. He is excellent in every respect.

Dr. Khanna is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He is extremely professional, he genuinely cares about his patients. He has called in the past just to check up on me, for a busy doctor like him to just check in shows a lot of care.

Absolutely amazing! I come from New Haven just to see Dr. Khanna. He goes out of his way for all of his patients and takes his time to explain everything.

The staff was all very friendly and the doctor listened to what I had to say. He was not one of those doctors that try to rush you through your appointment to get to the next patient.

The doctor is thoughtful, very informative, and shows genuine concern. The office is very helpful with sonograms and blood tests they do on the spot and staff that are caring. Billing is routine and everyone should know their own deductible. I Highly recommend.

Really good. The doctor has a professional demeanor and very approachable personality. He provided a great 2nd opinion and detailed answers to all my questions. While the office does get busy the front desk and staff are well organized and very helpful. Billing is strictly routine and everyone should know their own deductible.

Dr Khanna and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. Despite a diverse and highly trafficked practice, they are on top of every appointment, and billing is strictly routine. There can be waits in a practice as busy as this, including long hold times when frequent on site tests are needed, but the staff is good natured and kind, and the doctor, though direct and to the point ,is focused on your care.

Great doctor and nice staff . Went for a second opinion and Dr Khanna clearly explained my options. I was able to avoid the need for immediate surgery for kidney stones. Professional with a pleasant bedside manner. I will be returning for a follow up.

Do not go to this office. I started seeing Dr. Khanna about 5 months ago. To begin with you will wait on average 1 and a half to 3 hours in the waiting room before being seen. One day, which I took off work for, I get to the office and was told the doctor was not in. It takes me an hour and a half to get there, then the same to get back. I had gotten an automated message reminding me of the visit just the day before, which they said they couldn't stop. Dr. Khanna seemed nice but right away very overwhelmed. He had some in office tests ordered and put me on some medication. I came back in a week for some more tests. Then another apt a very intrusive, painful test. No answers are given to me. A month goes by and more in office tests and changing my medication. After every visit we go I to a colleage of his' office e and he talks to me about my condition, ruffling thru papers, forgetting what meds he put me on or tests I've had. I'm literally telling g him, "No we tried that medication,

A total rip off Charged me for examinations he never explained or told me there were fees. Went in for minor routine check and 2 weeks later billed me $1600 STAY AWAY
