She literally keeps billing me over $200 per visit out of pocket even though my insurance is supposed to cover it since I already paid my deductible and I always pay my copay and coinsurance on time. But it doesn’t matter since she keeps wrongly billing me and doing nothing about it. I have asked her and her billing department to fix it and they said they will and even promised me I would not be sent to collections yet collections just called me saying I owe them for a visit back in January!! Their staff and billing department do nothing but be rude and bill you wrongly. They owe me over $350 in refunds due to wrongly billing me and I won’t ever get it back it seems since they do not answer their phone or reply to my messages in the patient portal. I am tired of them continuing to not do their job. I am sad to leave this review because the doctor is pretty good and nice but I can’t keep having to fix their issues and do their job for them. First appointment- prompt. Very nice staff. Only problem is getting them to answer calls. Need to upgrade phone system or more people. Not even a voicemail. That’s an HCA problem.

She was fantastic! I am already recommending her to my friends looking for a doctor in the area. Very attentive, kind, responsive, and helpful. I am happy to have a doctor who genuinely cares and listens.

Dr. Abdul Magid is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is very well versed in her expertise and reads her patients needs and anticipation. She is very kind and removes any anxiety or stress by ensuring her patients regarding treatment.

She is friendly, polite, and listens well to the patient, but she did not examine my mom. She did not touch her during her physical. I have never been to a doctor that did not perform a physical exam on a patient during a well check, especially being the first time. We were there to establish a new doctor since I moved my Mom to Tallahassee a couple of months earlier. I am not sure, we will stay a little longer and see how it goes from here.

I came for an annual checkup, but the office billed it as a normal office visit (even though I met her for 10 minutes for a very routine checkup). I've called the billing dept several times and they have not been able to help. Called the doctor's office to see if they could help with the process and the front desk would not even put me through to the doctor to speak for 5 minutes. They said I would have to go in for another appointment (where they can bill me $200 again) just to speak with the doctor about a billing issue that they caused. Avoid at all costs.

Asked (maybe) two questions, very short annual physical. No general health discussion aside from patient listing health concerns. She types, then prescribes and/or refers. I gave her 3 chances (visits) so I could try changing my approach or hoping she was having off days.
