Did not listen to a single statement that came from my mouth for the entire appointment. Massive, massive amount of conclusions arrived at without having conducted a thorough enough analysis to have done so as a result of justifying confirmation biases (some based in prejudice) from previous horribly inaccurate notes. It was not possible for me to defend myself against these biases without him perceiving it as a justification of why they were more accurate. Thus resulting in my experiencing extreme difficulty receiving necessary testing for the condition extremely likely to be the cause of symptoms that I have been suffering tremendously from every day for over six years. Angriest that I have ever been in my entire life.

Dr. Mai was very thorough. This was my first appointment with him and he took the time to understand what I had been experiencing, and discussed with me where there was conflicting information in the lab results that prevented a clear diagnosis based on the info available at that time. He recommended that I have a CT scan and follow-up with a specialist as well as my oncologist.

I had an excellent appointment with Dr Mai. Things have improved tremendously . His new nurse is amazing. The best he has had. She was caring sweet nice compassionate . Was an excellent visit from checkin to leaving. Look forward to more appointments like this.

Dr. Mai is great young man. Professional in every way, but yet compassionate and concerned. Was told I had a skin tag on my ear and wouldn't remove it, but Dr. Mai confirmed it was a wart, and easily froze it for me within the office. I'm hoping Dr. Mai is able to stay nearby for years to come. I'm very grateful to have him for my primary care. Thanks!
