Wow this is a rare office. Not only is Dr Pham so personable and great at explaining the issue but his assistant/office manager is just unlike no other. Always super friendly when I call and never makes me feel rushed. On top of that he did an amazing job on the procedure. Highly recommend and will post this on every site so this might help others in making a decision to set an appt with him. And on a side note when I spoke to friends in the healthcare industry in this area they ALL said he was a perfect choice.

My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Pham due to gall stones. Even though I had gall stones I did not want to get my gall bladder removed unless necessary. I told Dr. Pham this and he did not push me to get surgery (unlike another surgeon I saw before him) but he told me the risks by waiting. I ended up getting the surgery later due to more gall stones forming and he performed it the surgery. He did a great job before and after the surgery and I would trust him for any surgical procedure.

Dr. Pham has performed 4 surgeries on my husband and myself. Everything from life saving to cyst removal. He is excellent an has a pleasing personality, explained everything until you are satisfied and understand. My daughter went with me, to a follow visit, after breast surgery, she was so impressed with him that she stated if she ever needs surgery she will seek him out.

I went to the ER with abdominal pain. I was transported by ambulance to Clearlake Hospital. When I arrived Dr Hoang Pham told me I had 16 to 24 hours to live but he could save me if I let him operate on me, and so I did. He punctured by small intestine and did not realize it. He left for days to a seminal leaving one of his colleagues in charge. He also left orders for me to eat and lots of Ensure. Days after he got back he realized I had a punctured intestine and at that point I became septi

I was recommended to see Dr Pham to have my gallbladder removed. Everything about my experience with Dr Pham was perfect. The main thing was that the operation went perfectly. Recovery was excellent. My in-office visits were very good. He answered all of my detailed questions with very easy to understand descriptions of how the gallbladder works, what happens without it, what was causing shoulder pain during recovery etc, etc. His receptionist is very efficient. All went very well.

I actually met him in the Clear Lake emergency room! He repaired my Small intestine partial blockage/Herniation. Pham did an excellent job! He works with all body sizes and types. He didn't refuse me or blame me when I had a hernia that needed repair and I was 250lbs. He is skillful and cares about minimizing your healing/ scarring. Love him so much!
