I was very sick for months Bermel did not check me for my illness Went to another doctor and I was diagnosed with diabetes She did not take the time to test my symptoms She sits behind her laptop typing instead of doing her job

I scheduled a physical and she charged insurance for a doctor's visit. Second year in a row this clinic does this. I have to deal with billing to clear my bill. This time Dr. Bermel refuses to change the code submitted to insurance and won't talk to me unless I schedule another appointment which I've been told she will bill me for. She was not warm or friendly, very cold and rude. Didn't show an ounce of personal interest. She is just here to make money and doesn't care about her patients.
