Dr. Jones & Fondredn Orthopedic required me to fill out the same forms 7 times then blamed me for putting them behind on their schedule despite their systems requiring repeat entries being the reason for them being behind. They dumped me into a room telling me someone would come get me, that person waited for me for half an hour and didn't know where I was despite me being where I was told to go, and Dr. Jones cowardly sent me a certified letter on a HOLIDAY week, when I was literally observing my religion at the time the postman would not stop knocking at my door to see that I received the letter, to drop me as a patient, without any reason cited for dropping me, after one single visit despite her prescribing a medication that she said required constant monitoring. So which is it?? The parking lot of her center also has NO signs, costs ridiculously, and the building despite being an orthopedic hospital (EVERYONE there is disabled) has no accessibility structure. And does no televisit.

Dr Jones was very personable. I didn’t have to wait long at all. She listened and responded in a way I could understand. She explained everything thoroughly and I didn’t feel rushed. She’s very friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else.

Dr. Jones is professional yet empathetic. Getting an appointment is sometimes difficult, but that's because she is one of the best rheumatologists and everyone wants to see her. I have always had an excellent experience during my visits. She listens, she runs appropriate tests, she explains what is happening. I have also found her staff (a medical assistant and a nurse practitioner) to be super helpful and very kind as well as knowledgeable.
