The best
Dr. Leppert listens, helps, explains, follows up, cares about patients. I enjoy my appointments with her because she is not only an excellent doctor - she is fun. When she retires she will be sorely missed.

Getting to Dr. Leppert
I am trying to get an approval for a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). Dr. Leppert's office staff claims they faxed said document to my insurance for approval. Insurance has no record of its arrival. Front staff will not electronically, or fax a duplicate. All they tell me it that it's been sent. Dr. Leppert is the best, if and when you get through the peons with the egos that work in the office.

Best Doctor ever
Listens carefully, double checks results, and keeps track of previous results. I know she is extremely busy and not taking new patients, but she always makes you feel that she has time for you. Good, probing questions and suggestions. Can’t bear the thought of her retiring.

Dr. Leppert is easy to talk to and she is an excellent listener. Quite frankly, I think she is a superb physician. I have never doubted her diagnosis’s and follow her instructions to the “T” to ensure I recover as quickly as possible from whatever is ailing me. During COVID-19 pandemic it was encouraging to see the staff really tried hard to keep masks on everyone who came into the waiting room. Some patients wore masks and remained 6’ apart and were more amenable to trying to prevent the spread while others didn’t give a hoot about anyone else. This is a hard situation to contain. I applaud the staff that errs on the side of caution and tries their best to keep patients safe. I imagine that refusing service to those that won’t wear a mask or stay six feet away from other patients could be an option. Maybe not. I would love to see the environment standards changed to ensure everyone’s safety in a tiny waiting room.

She is very knowledgeable, first doctor to suggest getting a sleep apnea test for my spouse, who has dementia. The test was positive. She is caring and patient and always listens to me and my concerns. She is the best doctor I have had in my 70 years.

IMA billing stating that I owed a co pay of $30. I told the clerk that there must be some mistake that I always pay my bills at the office visit. The clerk demanded that I pay she was so rude. Contacted her supervisor Linda Masters and again rude. I was sent a letter stating I dropped my doctor which was not the case, and contacted Nancy project manager stated my visit was a well visit no payment required and when I went to renew medication they stated sorry no longer a patient, 10 yr patient
