Very thorough and thoughtful
Dr Wu took her time and engaged in a very iterative dialogue, explaining treatment options and prognosis. The most complete exam I received on my condition. I left having a feeling of clarity regarding the way forward.

She rushed through her appointment with me. I told her I didn't want to go through nerve conduction or EEG testing because it wouldn't tell her much. I ended up having to do that and I was right about the results. She also insisted that an increase in a medication I was taking would help me just fine. It hasn't helped and it's been increased by other doctors. She didn't bother to listen when I could tell her exactly when my pain started. Extremely hard to understand and her student did about 95% of the exam.

Unprofessional clerical staff; staff in procedure room did not drape me and my backside was exposed for a long time as doctor tried unsuccessfully to do epidural. Does not speak English very well and very hard to understand.

Didnt listen to anything said about past 10 years of pain management experience. Recomended physical therapy (would have been my 6th time to physical therapy. Said OK after every sentence like she or I were 10 yrs old. Worst DR visit ever. A waste of time and $500.00
