Dr. Hormuz Irani, MD

In 2016 I needed hernia surgery in a very bad way. My Son-In-Law highly recommended Dr. Irani. I contacted him for an appointment, and he took me right in. He performed surgery on me with excellent results.Well, along comes 2025 and now my left side is almost as bad as my right in 2016. I went back to have it done again and I have to tell you, this Doctor is an artist. He was able to do it arthroscopically again and the results are outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Irani and would not go anywhere else. By the way, his staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Irani has the upmost respect for his patients. He has completed 2 surgeries of mine, since my first encounter with him he has modeled what a kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable physician should achieve to become. He has provided me skills that I have utilized to reduce any setbacks that I may experience. His staff are so welcoming that conversations are easily sparked. Everyone has busy schedules, so it is nice that each visit is time efficient. The office is clean and organized making each visit an overall great appointment.

Dr. Irani is an amazing doctor. He performed my gastric sleeve surgery on 11/17/21. I was referred to him from a friend of mine who also has her VSG performed by him. He is polite, friendly and answered all of my questions. He really put me at ease. I appreciated the virtual follow-up appointments, because I live 1.5 hours from his office. Dr. Irani is an incredibly gifted surgeon and I am forever grateful that he shared his gift with me! I had an inguinal hernia that I put off for over two years. I did my own research on surgeons who were experienced in abdominal surgery and was lead to Dr. Irani. He is the BEST! If you’re putting off treatment like I did for fear of getting butchered, rest at ease, he is the one for you! My best friend and her father also had successful surgeries preformed by Dr. Irani. He makes you feel comfortable, confident in his ability and is just a great person. Everyone in the office is wonderful; the front office, medial assistants, back office (scheduling), the doctors and physicians assistant. The whole process was flawless, they know what they’re doing. One last thing…their office is beautiful!

Very Impressive. Explained procedure and how he was going to do it. Excellent care from start to finish. Staff was great. Wait times can be a bit long, but it was to be expected with this type of practice.

I was referred to Dr. Irani for a surgical procedure by my endocrinologist. The office visit was very easy to set up and his staff was very professional.
