Dr. Braly is young, energetic, and is the most involved doctor I've ever met - he even pushed me in a wheelchair to x-ray HIMSELF. He is concerned about his patients, and his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Houston Braly and Houston Orthopedic Hospital.

From the first office visit and to the surgery to perform a total hip replacement Dr Braly was only the best of the best. Excellent bedside manners and the best for explaining the process for my hip replacement. The replacement was a 110% success with me walking out of the hospital in eleven (11) hours. Dr. Braly and his staff, especially Kim, were absolutely wonderful and comforting with my upcoming hip replacement. His bedside manor is second to none - he, himself, actually pushed me on the wheelchair from radiology to the room, something most doctors would delegate. Dr. Braly performed an intramedullary nailing on my right leg. He told me that when he got down in there, he observed my tibia was reduced to bits and pieces. Follow-up x-rays revealed Dr. Braly had aligned everything so perfectly, that though many physicians who viewed subsequent x-rays advised they'd be surprised if I ever ran again in my life (due to severity and location of fractures) I was able to after 2 years of recovery. Regaining that capability makes a huge difference moving forward from my mid-thirties. I couldn't be more grateful for his exceptional competence, and his and his staff's friendliness and helpfulness. I have other surgeries and acting surgeons to compare with, and Dr. Braly deserves the highest of recommendations. I couldn't be more grateful that Dr. Braly was my surgeon, that day. Dr. Houston Braly is an excellent physician with outstanding bedside manner. He communicated honestly with what to expect for my knee replacement surgery during surgery and post-op. Post-op I expected no less, with Dr. Braly continuously following up and making sure my knee is making the progress it needs to on a weekly basis. He addresses all of my concerns and is transparent about my progress and ensures that I am always on the right track. You will be highly taken care of with this doctor!
