god awful
Do not go to this man. I came in with a huge stuck tonsil stone around the size of my thumbnail that was extremely irritated, I knew it was there because i have a camera and was not able to remove it myself. I went to him and he immediately did not want to listen to what i was experiencing. he briefly looked and said that it was so small and it could be a cyst, he sprayed numbing spray into my mouth without telling me what he was doing and poked into my mouth so aggressively. I have a heavy gag reflex, and became frustrated with me for gagging so much as if i could help it. He said my other option is to completely get my tonsils out. ended the appointment there, no help or treatment plan, and left my throat in more pain and swelling than i came in with. absolutely horrendous.

THIS MAN SHOULD NOT HAVE A LISCENSE
I went in Kenneddy Hospital per my doctors for an ear infection for which I had for 3 wks and still have. He came in the room screaming at me asking Why are you on antibiotics! He then told me he is going to give me a test where he is going to stick a tube up my nose and take it out thru my ear! THIS TEST NEVER HAPPENED! HE STUCK A TUBE UP MY NOSE. After the test he continued yelling at me about being on antibiotics and said you are done! I am releasing you. He then proceeds to tell me I have a brain tumor or a brain bleed and left my Hospital room with no explanation. I said how do you know I have a brain tumor did you even look at my records and he said of course I did! Which clearly he didn't I was left crying in my room believing I had a brain tumor until my amazing nurse checked my records and told me I have no signs of a brain tumor or a blood bleed. DO NOT GO TO THIS UNPROFESSIPONAL MAN! HE SHOULD NOT HAVE A LISCENSE OR BE PRACTICING!

Does not listen to concerns but would rather do surgery that’s not needed. Uneducated and ignorant.

Arrogant
I was in the room for less than three minutes. He does not care nor should he have a medical license. I will be reporting him for negligence. I traveled over and hour for absolutely nothing.

HE SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE
I am a 31 yr old female. I went to Dr Bresalier 7 months ago with an enlarged tonsil. He said I had tonsillitis without even looking down my throat. I requested he use a scope to look and he assured me I had no tumor. I was put on antibiotics and problem was not resolved. I went back the following month and he said I had acid reflux. I has no signs or symptoms of this. Fast forward a few months and I was in pain after rounds of antibiotics and steroids did not work. He said I could wait 6 more months to see if swelling went down on its own or have my tonsils out. Thank God I did because a few weeks ago I went in for a follow up. He walked in and said 'and what did we do for you'. He cut my tonsils out a WEEK before that and he very coldly and vaguely diagnosed me with Lymphoma. He did not give me details or ask if I had anyone with me before breaking this news. He has no bedside manner and treats patients as dollar signs. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. HE IS DANGEROUS.

I have never felt so disregarded as a patient
This doctor was the worst doctor I have ever seen. I was talking to him and he was walking out of the room as I was speaking. My encounter with him was less than 4 minutes and it felt like he didn't even listen to what I was saying. I am a Physician Assistant student currently, and learn the proper way to treat patients in school, and this doctor treated me the exact way we learn to NOT treat patients. He seemed like one of those doctors that just want to prescribe a medication to the patient to satisfy them, rather than actually figuring out the cause of the issues. He talked down to me and completely wasted my time. After my visit, I still have no idea what is going on with my ear because he wouldn’t even talk to me or give me answers. I would never recommend him to anyone, and I am astonished at the fact that he is associated with many big health care corporations in south jersey.

Incompetent, dismissuseless. Don’t deserve a star
Told me my cat scan was normal, I guess he wasn’t expecting me to review my results before seeing him. He was arrogant and should be reported, which is exactly what I’m doing next.

I’d give zero stars if I could
At my first appointment, Dr. Bresalier told me that Gd didn’t get my nose right when he created me. He stuck one scope up my nose and left the room for at least 6 minutes. He came back and said that my septum was deviated and he could operate. He never suggested any imaging to address my complaints of not being able to breathe through my nose and actually feel like I’m getting air. He just did a septoplasty which was the most unnecessary surgery , and although he did reduce my turbinates (now swollen again) there has been no change. Recovery was agonizing and when I asked if there was a possibility of infection he said “in thirty years I’ve NEVER had infected patients.” months later I returned for a follow up and he asked me why I was there! I said “you did my surgery” and he said “I didn’t check your chart before I came in the room.” Long story short, I went back, but I have a new doctor that respects me, who told me to get a ct scan because a lot needs to be fixed. All avoidable.

Excellent Care
When I arrived at the facility, I had not yet finished filling out the paperwork regarding my medical history. It was a very busy day, other patients were waiting to see their doctors, but one of the workers at the front desk took the time to help me get it done - I was very grateful to her. When I was in the office with Dr. Bresalier, I explained what I needed to have done for my ears, he explained what he would be doing to clear out my ears. He took care of the right ear first, and then the left, which required more time. I was very much amazed at how much improvement I experienced in both my ears soon afterward! I asked him questions during the course of my appointment, and he answered them to my satisfaction. I would recommend Dr. Bresalier to anyone who asked me.

Worst ENT doctor, no empathy at all.
About 6 months I visited Dr. Bresalier with a condition I had for 7 years which included dizziness and balance problems. I saw 3 ENT doctors at this location, but Dr. Bresalier was the worst one. Told me my problem was my age (89) and to learn to live with it. He was wrong. I saw another doctor who referred me to a vestibular therapist who corrected my problem on the first visit and my problem is solved.

Worst doctor ever
Saw Dr Bresalier, and he is one arrogant character. First he asked why I was there. Told him I was on steroids for serous Ottis media from my pcp, and have dizziness and loss of hearing in my ear and head feels full on the left side. Labs work showed very high sed rate of 60. PCP ruling out temporal arteritis and suggested ENT eval for hearing loss. He rolled his eyes at the diagnosis my doctor was working up. Looked in my ear and said it was normal ( not) and looked at his watch. Looked up my nose with a scope. ( no nose problem $$) And then proceeded to tell me my sed rate was normal. I am an RN and know lab values. I corrected him and told him top normal is 30. He then said lab work dies not have any real value. Then he if I needed my temporal artery biopsy he could do that for me. Fat chance. The whole staff was miserable. I would rather see my dogs vet before I would ever see him

As others have said here, my appointment with Dr. Bresalier was disappointing to say the least. He must be magic, because he dismissed all the potential diagnoses for my constant dizziness and headaches without even looking in my ears or really asking many questions. Then, he cross-examined me about what kind of dizziness I was feeling but wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise to answer. I've been assured by other doctors the issue is most likely with my ears (which is why I went to see him), but I definitely won't find out here. He ordered two tests, only one of which his office actually followed up to schedule (because I couldn't schedule them myself). Then he told me I should go to a neurologist because he was sure nothing was wrong with my ears. He came across as arrogant, uncaring, and dismissive. I definitely won't return to him and probably won't bother with any other doctors at this practice.

My daughter made a trip from college in MD for her appointment with Dr. Bresalier and he barely spend 15 minutes with her. He prescribed medicine and then never sent it to the pharmacy! She had to return to school so couldn't contact the office on a weekend to get the prescription sent. Ridiculous!

I saw Dr. Bresalier on April 9th for dizziness, double vision, and inability to focus my eyes. Previously I had seen an opthomologist and a neurologist who were unable to give me a reason for the sysmptoms. Dr. Bresalier diagnosed my problem as Benign Positional Vertigo which would last 4-6 weeks and go away. No surgery, no medicine, just head and eye exercises. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I thought Dr. Bresalier could shed some light on why I was having dizziness, nausea, and fatigue and I was hopeful. Dr. Bresalier was very dismissive of my symptoms and told me they’d probably go away on their own. He seemed very arrogant to me and told me it couldn’t have been any of the things I thought they were. There were no tests, no real examination, and he didn’t even remove the wax from my ear that the audiologist had recommended. I was in an appointment with him for less than 10 minutes. I cried all the way home and am still living with these symptoms that are disrupting my life. I have never felt more dismissed, unheard, and unseen in my entire life. I do not recommend this man.

I saw Dr. Bresalier for recurring sinus issues, ear and teeth pain. I had been a patient of his about 15 years ago and I had also referred by father to him for his hearing issues. The office called and offered to move my appointment sooner, which I did, but this caused an issue with my referral on the day of my appointment. After waiting for the referral for 45 minutes I was placed in a room to wait for the doctor. When he came in he was obviously annoyed that I had messed up his schedule. He was abrupt in his questions and comments, took one issue and dwelled on that. He was rather rough doing the scope. After the scope he was only interested in whatever surgery I would agree to. I now have an ocean sound in my ear still have congestion and teeth pain and will be seeking help from a different doctor. Do not go to him, unless you want surgery and then he'll be willing to do that for you.
