Dr. Howard is simply the BEST doctor in Pittsburgh. I worked for Dr. Howard for several years. This man would give anyone the shirt off his back. I have callled Dr. Howard in several medical conditions I have had. He is always helpful,knowledgeable and will to help you any way possible. His is a great man!
