Dr Frumins office staff, Alex et al, continually make mistakes, tell lies, promise to call you back but don't and never apologize for any of it. The manager Tara just talks over you when you try to explain the problems, will blame you for getting frustrated and displays an attitude of zero empathy or compassion for patients. Dr Frumin on the other hand seems to have his patients interest at heart but you might have to push to get tests done. Decisions seem to be made based on the almighty $$.

Very nice MD. He took the time to carefully and completely explain what was going on and my options. He explained I should have a few extra tests. When I asked if we could do it now, he got up and worked it out with his staff to get me in right then. Special Note about the Radiologist, she was terrific.
