The visit and procedure went well. For this kind of procedure (colonoscopy), most people find it squimish, me too, but I thoroughly enjoyed being awake for the procedure. It is amasing to look at your own inerds. Dr Hack and the staff were all professional and nice to be taken care of by them. Thanks

Colonoscopy
The staff at Adobe Gastroenterology were awesome. Even though busy they went out of their way to make patients feel comfortable. Dr Hack is a very compassionate physician and makes you feel at ease. I felt my concerns were addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Adobe Gastroenterology.

Endoscopy/Colonoscopy
Going through these "procedures of life" are a complete annoyance. Fortunately the nursing staff at Adobe are understanding, empathetic, and tolerant of a wry sense of humor. Dr. Hack was friendly with a calm demeanor, professional, and willing to explain things in layman's terms which was very helpful. Overall, an acceptable experience given the circumstances.

Excellent consultation visit and follow-on endoscopy with Dr. Hack. He listened carefully to my issues and provided a solid recommendation for the way forward. The endoscopy procedure at Adobe Gastroenterology was very smooth and easy. Rachel did an excellent job of explaining every step of the process and making the patient completely comfortable. Dr. Hack, Rachel and the other staff members were very professional and, for me, the procedure was very quick and easy. Many thanks and appreciation to Dr. Hack and Adobe Gastro for their professionalism and patient relationship!

Professional, Listens, Cares
I had three visits; the initial consultation, colonoscopy and follow up. In each Dr Hack listened to me and explained his thoughts on my condition. At the colonoscopy the nurse and Dr Hack explained everything that would happen and all the staff were very thoughtful during recovery. And at the follow up appointment Dr Hack took the time to explain what treatment he through best and why. He listened to and answered all my questions. He repeatedly said to get back in touch with him if I had any follow up questions, or was having any issue with the medication he prescribed. I did not feel rushed and he is genuinely concerned that my issues be resolved. Also the Adobe Gastroenterology staff, from front desk to aides to nurses, were all friendly and professional.

Superior Doctor and team.
Adobe Gastroenterology is such an easy visit. I am one of those that ended up with colon cancer rather than get a colonoscopy. What a ridiculous mess. They, from last year when I was diagnosed to my follow up a year later have been marvelous. The team is delightful, respectful, professional, Rachel dropped the IV in and I hardly felt it. I never had one minute of embarrassment, the whole team makes sure of that. Dr. Hack greeted me prior to the procedure. But more important let me tell you what an advocate he was last year. He called me a week after he told me I had colon cancer to follow up. I had not heard from Radiation oncology or surgeon or oncology (all the consults he had placed) He said "oh I see I will check on this" ) Within an hour I had calls and appointments from all 3. An what great people he referred me to and matched them perfectly. The office is lovely. After the procedure I was seated in a private curtained off seated area and nurses checked on me graciously.
