Explains my problem and what he thinks I should do
Have been my doctor for 8 years, no long wait to see him, takes time to listen to my problem. Explains in detail what he thinks I need to diagnose what is causing my problem and then explains what tests or procedures I need to treat the symptoms I have. I trust and have confidence in him, that is what I look for in the medical specialist I pick.

Genuine empathy

Dr Klein is great!
Dr. Klein always spends a lot of time asking questions and listening attentively to you. He is very good at explaining everything to you in a manner you can understand. He is definitely one of the best doctors I have been to. I highly recommend him.

I find Dr.Klein a doctor who actually listens to what I am saying which meanshe actually cares. He explains things thoroughly. And he is patient with me because sometimes I am not the best patient. I like that he is very serious about our visit but yet he has a very nice sense of humor. He was able to diagnose my problem with one test and able to treat it successfully so far. I will certainly continue as a patient and recommend Dr. Klein to anyone.
