Dr. Knoll is great, but his staff are quite possibly the rudest I've ever dealt with.

STAY FAR AWAY from this doctor. My mom has been a pt of Knoll's for eight (8) years and the way he treated her is horrible! I would never recommend anyone to go to him. He's uncaring, untruthful and dirty looking and the only doctor in the office that does not dress like a doctor instead he looks like a dirty Einstein.

There for annual physical. All went well. Front desk staff great, as were the medical assistants. Dr Knoll took the time to review a new condition and a change in medication. Sometimes things do run a bit behind schedule, however Dr. Knoll takes the time to talk through problems and concerns. I have never felt rushed so I am patient if things are running a bit behind.

Was told no morning appointments available for 6 mos. Office wait times are often long up to an hour. All my maintenance prescriptions were cut to 30 days after I missed an appointment. Some staff is rude and unhelpful, some staff not beyond retaliating against patients they don't like, i.e. delaying prescriptions and scheduling appointments. Doctor seems competent but is too busy to devote any time to bedside manner. Appointments punctuated with time where the doctor leaves to treat others.
