I saw Dr. Ross in August 2018 for a surgery consultation for Crohn's disease. Five minutes after meeting him, I knew he was the surgeon for me. Dr. Ross answered all of my (and my husband's) questions in a way that we truly understood and put me at ease for a surgery I wasn't sure I wanted. Two weeks later he performed my surgery and changed my life for the better! Dr. Ross (and his staff) were caring and attentive from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a better team of doctors!

Showed up 45 minutes late for surgery, he forgot about it. No apologies though. When he failed to find the problem he placated me with "I want to get to the bottom of the as much as you do" so he passed me off to another doctor who is "top in his field". Unfortunately, he refused to even see me because he is an oncologist and I don't have cancer! Dr. Ross let me down and instead of admitting he didn't know or couldn't help me, he sent me down a rabbits hole- not what I needed!
